On the strength of her second straight top-five finish, sophomore Michelle Herman picked up her first Warrior of the Week honors of the season. At the flood-shortened course at Kirby Park, Herman posted a time of 23:04 on a 3.5 mile course (approximately 5.6 kilometers) to take fourth at the race. Herman also finished fifth at Misericordia's Cougar Classic on Sept. 18.
