A school record and four all-conference nods at the 2015 MAC Championships has helped senior Danielle Loiseau earn her seventh career Warrior of the Week award and the second of her senior year. Just over a month removed from surgery that could have ended her season, Loiseau kicked off the meet by helping the 800-yard freestyle relay squad smash the school record by more than three seconds at 8:09.31, posting a split of 2:01.17, the third-fastest 200-freestyle time in program history. She finished 13th in the 500-yard freestyle the next day, posting a time of 5:24.44, the third-fastest time in program history. On Saturday, she added a sixth-place finish in the 100-yard butterfly, notching a time of 1:00.33 to earn her second career All-MAC honors in the event. On Sunday, she capped the meet by finishing fourth in the 200-yard butterfly with a time of 2:13.35, just two-tenths shy of her career best. She got back in the pool about a half-hour later for the 400-yard freestyle relay and anchored the team to a sixth-place finish in 3:48.08, as she notched a split of 53.75, which is more than seven-tenths better than the school record in the 100-yard freestyle.
