A pair of big scoring performances has helped junior Ali Derr earn her first career Warrior of the Week award. Derr finished the week by averaging 15.5 points and 5.0 rebounds per game, shooting 56 (14-of-25) percent from the field. Derr notched a career-high 17 points in the championship game of the Hoops for Hounds Tournament against Susquehanna and followed that with 14 points and six rebounds in a 55-45 win at Arcadia on Saturday. The 6-0 forward has scored in double figures in a career-best five straight games, helping her raise her scoring average 1.4 points.
