After posting her first top 10 performance in four tries at the Delaware Valley Invitational, senior Michelle Herman has won her sixth career Warrior of the Week award. Herman ran a career-best 25:18.37 to take seventh on the Delaware Valley course, dropping nearly a minute off her time at the Delaware Valley Invite from junior to senior year, despite running an 18-mile race the previous Saturday. It was the seventh top-10  finish of her career.
