Tying his career-high with 29 points, becoming the 35th Warrior to reach 1,000 career points and two buzzer-beaters were more than enough to help senior Isaiah Valentine earn his sixth career Warrior of the Week award and first of the season. The senior guard drove the lane and hit a layup as time expired to send the game to overtime, then caught a high lob and hit the game-winning layup with 2.3 seconds left to give Lycoming an 87-85 overtime win at Lebanon Valley. In between, he also became the 35th player in Lycoming's program history to reach 1,000 career points, reaching the mark in 88 games. In all, Valentine tied his career-high with 29 points, adding seven rebounds and three assists to lead the Warriors. He also had five points, five rebound and four assists at Texas Lutheran.
Valentine is third on the Warriors, averaging 11.5 points, fourth with 3.6 rebounds and he leads the team with 2.9 assists per contest.
