WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. --- Junior women’s tennis player Rebecca Reynolds has been named as Lycoming College’s Warrior of the Week for Oct. 12.

Reynolds (S. Williamsport, Pa./South Williamsport) helped the Lady Warriors pick up their first win of the season 7-2 on the road at PSU-Harrisburg on Tuesday, Oct. 6. Reynolds picked up a pair of victories, winning 6-0, 6-2 in the second flight of singles and paired up with Amiee Snyder to win 8-4 in the first flight of doubles.

The Lady Warriors wrap up their regular season home schedule on Wednesday, Oct. 14 when they host Elizabethtown College. The match will begin at 3:30 p.m.

Lycoming’s sports information office will announce a Warrior of the Week through the 2009-10 academic year. The athletes will be featured on the homepage of the athletics Web site at athletics.lycoming.edu
