After averaging 15.5 points and 4.0 assists in a pair of games for Lycoming at the Saint Joseph Holiday Tournament, senior Steven Hamilton has earned his second career Warrior of the Week award and his first of the season. He paced the offense in a 77-73 win over St. Joseph (Conn.), which is receiving votes in the D3hoops.com poll and had lost just four times at home since 2019, notching 16 points, four rebounds and four assists, going 3-for-6 from 3-point range in the game. He followed that with 15 points and four assists, hitting another three 3-pointers against UMass Dartmouth in the championship game. Hamilton shot 44 percent from the field (11-of-25) and 55 percent from 3 (6-of-11), also adding two blocked shots during the pair of games.
Hamilton is 13th in the Landmark Conference, averaging 12.2 points per game, third in free throw percentage (.737) and fifth in assists (3.1).
