Winning his second straight Ohio Northern Invitational has helped senior Gable Crebs earn his fourth career Warrior of the Week award and the first of the season. Crebs, ranked 14th in the nation by the NWCA, cruised to the title as he improved to 92-26 in his career, notching a 13-0 major decision over Olivet's Lloyd Ruesink before a 16-0 technical fall of Otterbein's Caiden Hooks in the quarterfinals. He added a 17-1 technical fall of Dubuque's Tyler Thurston, ranked third in the Lower Midwest by the NWCA, in the semifinals and finished the tournament with a 39-second pin of Heidelberg's Aidan Belgiorno, the 42nd pin of his career, which is third-most in program history.
Crebs is 9-4 this year with five pins and three technical falls.
