After breaking the school record on a 6K course, junior Katryn Yocum has secured her third Warrior of the Week award of the year and the ninth of her career. Yocum posted a time of 22:51.4 to finish 44^th in the field 204 runners at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional, the best-ever finish for a Warrior at the regional, while besting the previous-best school-record time of 23:48.7 set by Kaylee Long in 2019 by 57 seconds and pacing the team to a 23^rd-place finish, the best team finish in program history.
