Tom Packard

Tom Packard returns for his 10th season after joining the Lycoming volleyball program in 2002 as an assistant coach.

Involved in all aspects of the program, Packard was crucial in Lycoming’s run to five straight conference championship games from 2002-06.

In total, Packard has helped oversee 128 wins, seven postseason wins, two trips to the NCAA Tournament and he has helped coach 12 all-conference selections.

Packard’s experience in volleyball began as an official. He is a member of the Professional Association of Volleyball Officials and is a USA Volleyball Keystone Regional Referee.

Packard is a local product, having graduated from Jersey Shore High School. He has also coached football, and track and field at his alma mater.

Packard resides in Jersey Shore with his wife, Terry. They have two children, Tabitha and Torey.
