Jarred Barch is in his fourth season as a volunteer assistant for the Lycoming College volleyball team.

Starting his career as a volunteer assistant while still enrolled at the Pennsylvania College of Technology, Barch helped the Warriors reach the conference tournament three times from 2012-14 in his first three years with the program.
