2019: Played in 16 games with 10 starts as a midfielder … third on team with nine points and second with four goals … had a hat-trick against Immaculata to become the first freshman to record a three-goal game since Jordan Lazarich ’17 in 2014, earning MAC Offensive Player of the Week award … a member of the MAC Academic Honor Roll. 
 
High School: A four-year letter winner as a midfielder at Montgomery … an all-state midfielder as a senior … posted 22 goals during season and earned first-team all-conference honors … reached the 50-career goal mark during senior season … member of the STN North Penn club team … also a member of the basketball and track and field teams … averaged 7.8 points and pulled in 4.0 rebounds per game as a senior in basketball … finished eighth in long jump as a junior and seventh as a senior (15-7.5) at district meet … took fourth in triple jump as a senior (34-3.5). 
 
Personal: Daughter of Hugh and Oksun Umpstead … has a brother, Jacob and a sister, Hannah … is a criminal justice and psychology major… favorite movie is “Legally Blonde” … follows Penn State athletics.
