After a standout career at Lock Haven, Lynnette Reitz begins her second year as an assistant coach for the women’s soccer team.

Reitz works with the defensive players and also supervises the team’s strength and conditioning.

In 2009, Reitz helped Kari Shaner earn all-conference honors while working with a young defense that returns three starters and the goalkeeper.

A 2009 graduate of Lock Haven University, Reitz was a three-year starter, playing in 75 of 78 games during her career. She was named All-Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference three times, capping her career by earning first team honors in 2006 and 2007.

In 2009, Reitz helped Lock Haven with its off-season strength and conditioning regimen, as well as academic monitoring before coming on board at Lycoming.

Reitz’s coaching background includes working at various clinics and a camp hosted at Lock Haven, including The Soccer Training Network, as well as the Lake Placid Soccer Centre. She also is a Central Pennsylvania Olympic Development Program coach.
