A four-year letterwinner at Penn College, Braedon Eckard is set for his third year as an assistant coach with the Lycoming College women's soccer team in 2025.
Eckard has helped the Warriors to a 21-8-9 record during his first two years, as the 2025 squad won a school-record 15 games and reached a conference final for the first time in program history. Eckard helped junior goalkeeper Riley Block set school records for single-season save percentage (.881) and goals-against average (0.82) in 2025 as well.
A goalkeeper at Penn College, Eckard recorded a 1.47 career goals-against average and he pitched five shutouts in 30 career games for the Wildcats. He was named the North East Athletic Conference Defensive Player of the Week once.
A Danville, Pa., native, Eckard earned an Associate of Applied Science in Electrical Construction in 2021 and one in Heating, Ventalition & Air Conditioning Technology from Penn College in 2023.
