A four-year letterwinner at Penn College, Braedon Eckard is set for his fourth year as an assistant coach with the Lycoming College women's soccer team in 2026.
Eckard has helped the Warriors to a 38-10-10 (.741) record during his first three years, as the 2024 squad reached a conference final for the first time in program history and the squad has set the program record for wins in a season twice. Eckard helped goalkeeper Riley Block set school records for single-season save percentage (.881) and goals-against average (0.82) in 2024 and wins (15) in 2025.
A goalkeeper at Penn College, Eckard recorded a 1.47 career goals-against average and he pitched five shutouts in 30 career games for the Wildcats. He was named the North East Athletic Conference Defensive Player of the Week once.
A Danville, Pa., native, Eckard earned an Associate of Applied Science in Electrical Construction in 2021 and one in Heating, Ventalition & Air Conditioning Technology from Penn College in 2023.
