Julie Gardner

A two-time All-American at the University of Virginia, Julie Gardner is set for her third year with the Lycoming College women's lacrosse program in 2023.

In two years with the program, Gardner has helped the team to back-to-back appearances in the postseason, along with mentoring two conference rookies of the year and seven all-conference selections.

Gardner coached at three Division I institutions, serving as an assistant coach for one year at William & Mary (2013), two years at Vanderbilt (2014-15) and one year at James Madison (2016).

Gardner was a four-year letterwinner at the University of Virginia, where she started every game of her career and was the first recipient of the Yeardley Reynolds Love Scholarship in 2012. She earned Third Team All-American, All-South Region, First Team All-ACC, ACC All-Tournament Team honors and was a Tewaarton Award nominee as both a junior and senior.

Gardner, who resides in Williamsport, earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Virginia in 2012. She is the Vice President and Director of Marketing with Perrin Wellness and Performance.
