Jackie Macone enters her first year as an assistant coach at Lycoming after playing for four seasons at Division II Lock Haven.
In her first year as an assistant, Macone helped the Warriors to a five-win season, working primarily with the team's defense.
A midfielder, Macone was a key factor in helping the team win three Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference titles (2009, ’10, ’11), make three appearances in the NCAA Tournament and post a 61-15 (.803) record during her career.

Macone finished her career with 26 goals and five assists, starting 26 games and appearing in 58. She became a starter as a senior, moving into the defensive end where she helped the team reach as high a ranking as 10th in the nation. As a freshman, she started 10 games and played the role of an offensive midfielder, finishing with 18 goals and four assists while helping the Eagles to an appearance in the national championship game against Adelphi.

Macone has helped coach both at Lock Haven Youth Lacrosse Camps and with the Jackson Pride Lacrosse Club as a volunteer assistant. She graduated with a bachelor’s in recreation management and a minor in psychology from Lock Haven in 2013.
