• Ran in all eight events 

• Set a career-best 6K time of 26:02.3 at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional event, finishing 147th out of 217 runners  

• Set a season-best 4K time at the Misericordia Invite (18:15.6), finishing 49th  

• Placed fourth at the Penn College 4K (19:35) 

• Set a season-best 5K time at the Dutchmen XC Invite (22:26.9), finishing 95th out of 186 runners 

• Ran to a fifth-place finish at the Eagle Invite 5K event (23:16.8)  

• A member of the Landmark Conference Academic Honor Roll 

2023 

• Landmark Conference Fall All-Sportsmanship Team selection 

• Appeared in six of seven meets 

• Finished in the top 10 at the Penn College dual meet  

• Aided the women’s team to a 23rd-place finish at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional, finishing sixth on the team with a career best time of 28:20.1 

High School 

• A four-year letterwinner in cross country, basketball and track and field at Troy Area 

• Took ninth at districts as a first-year (21:32.0), sixth as a sophomore (21:40.0), 16th as a junior (23:21.0) and 28th as a senior (24:50.0) 

• A two-time state qualifier, finishing 91st as a first-year (22:32.0) 

• A three-time district qualifier in track and field
