2016: Team captain … competed in all eight events … finished in top five throughout the season … finished in top 50 three times, including seasonbest 17th at LVC Last Chance Run Fast, finishing in 25:46.8 … took second on team in 26:10.9 to take 59th at MAC Championships … finished second on team in season-best 25:37 at the NCAA Mideast Regionals … a member of MAC Sportsmanship Team and the MAC Academic Honor Roll.

2015: Team captain ... competed in all eight events ... one of team’s top two runners all season ... finished second on the team at NCAA Regionals, posting a time of 26:46.3 and finishing 223rd ... posted season-best time of 25:38.62 while finishing 25th at the Cairn Highlander XC Invitational ... finished a season-best 18th at the LVC Last Chance Run Fast, posting a 26:01.7 ... named to the MAC Sportsmanship Team ... a member of the MAC Academic Honor Roll.
 
2014: Ran in all nine events ... competed for team’s top running slot all year long ... led the team at MAC Championships, finishing 56th with a time of 25.49.93 ... placed second on the team and 224th at the NCAA Midwest Regional with a time of 26.15.7 ... finished career-best fifth at Delaware Valley Invitational in 25:34.80 with sixth-fastest time in school history ... finished 24th at Messiah College Invitational ... a member of the MAC Academic Honor Roll.

2013: Ran in all nine events ... consistently led the team at races throughout the year ... led team at MAC Championships, finishing 69th with a time of 27:32.89 ... posted a season-best time of 25:41 to finish 216th and second for the team at the NCAA Mideast Regionals.
