• Set a career-best 8k time at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional event (28:09.5), finishing 184th  

• Ran a 27:02.2 at the St. Francis 5K event, finishing 98th  

• Ran a 20:06.3 at the Eagle Invite 4K event 

• A member of the Landmark Conference Academic Honor Roll 

2022 

• College Sports Communicators Academic All-District Team selection 

• Appeared in seven meets in the season 

• Ran a 21:17.30 time at the Misericordia 4K event 

• Ran a 25:44.4 time at the Lebanon Valley 5K event 

• Ran a season-best 31:25.2 at the MAC Championships, placing 124th  

• Finished the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional meet with a time of 31:31.3, placing 196th
