Longtime Mifflinburg (Pa.) Area High School coach Mike Beckley is in his third year as assistant coach for Lycoming College.
Prior to coming to Lycoming, Beckley coached Mifflinburg Area High School for 18 seasons. There he enjoyed many championship titles, culminating with a Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association AA title in 2004. He also guided his squads to multiple District IV AA championships, as well as several Susquehanna Valley League championships.
Beckley was named the Susquehanna Valley League and Daily Item Coach of the Year in 2002, 2003 and 2004.
He and his wife, Ann, reside in Mifflinburg.
