A former Division I student-athlete at Saint Francis (Pa.), Mikayla (Bower) Arnold is getting set for her fourth year as a an assistant softball coach with the Lycoming College softball team in 2023.
During her time with the Warriors, Arnold has helped mentor four all-conference selections and one postseason appearance.
Bower was a significant contributor throughout her career as a middle infielder with the Red Flash, while moving into the circle as a senior. She posted 116 hits, 25 doubles, 20 home runs and 72 RBI during her four-year career, which included two seasons as a starter. She posted 10 wins in the circle, striking out 50 and tossing five complete games.
A Williamsport native, Bower was an all-state selection at Williamsport Area High School as a high school senior in 2015.
A marketing account executive at Little League International, Bower earned a Bachelor of Science in business management at Saint Francis University in 2019.
