A Division II All-American at Bloomsburg University, Lacy Mauro is set for her fourth season on the Lycoming College softball staff as an assistant coach.
In her three years on staff, she has helped the team to a 58-53 (.523) record while helping to coach nine all-conference selections. Active in all aspects of the program, she works closely with the team's infielders.

Mauro had a standout career as a catcher and outfield for the Huskies, finishing with a .366 batting average, 127 runs, 224 hits, 51 doubles, 14 homers and 135 RBI.

She saved her best for her senior year in 2011, earning First Team All-American and all-region honors after hitting .404 with 10 home runs, 35 RBI and 59 hits. She was named the 2011 PSAC Central Division Athlete of the Year, as well. During her career, she was named All-PSAC twice and was also named the PSAC East Division Freshman of the Year in 2008.
She was inducted into the District 4 Softball Hall of Fame in 2015.

A native of Jersey Shore, Pa., Mauro graduated from Bloomsburg with a bachelor of science degree in exercise science. She also holds a master’s degree in sport studies with a focus on sport management from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
