2017: Competed in seven events … ran a season-best 33:32.2 at the Gettysburg Invite … placed 146^th with a time of 36:15.6 at the MAC Championships … also competed at the NCAA Mideast Regional, as he ran a 36:17.1, placing 349^th … a member of the MAC Fall Sportsmanship Team.
 
2016: Ran in seven events … posted a season-best time of 31:51 at the NCAA Mideast Regional to take 313^th … posted a time of 34:54.7 at the MAC Championships, finishing 137^th.

2015: Competed in all eight events ... notched season best time at LVC Last Chance Run Fast with a 29:48.7 time and placed 29^th overall ... competed at the NCAA Mideast Regional for the second year in a row, finishing 338^th overall with a time of 32:41.5.
 
2014: One of the team’s top runners ... competed in all nine events ... recorded season-best time of 28:28.85 at Delaware Valley Invitational to place 10^th ... time was the fastest for a Warrior runner in more than a decade ... finished first on the men’s team at the MAC Championships with a time of 28:57.42 to take 66th ... led the team at the NCAA Mideast Regionals, finished 260^th overall, with a time of 30:05.3 ... crossed 30-minute barrier twice.

High School: Neshaminy’s Most Outstanding Athlete award winner in 2014 ... lettered in cross country, wrestling and track and field.
