2011: Ran in all seven meets ... posted season-best time of 32:30.42 at the DeSales Invitational ... took ninth at the Cabrini Invitational with a time of 33:14 ... came in 113th at the MAC Championships with a time of 36:01.60 and 309th at the NCAA Mideast Regionals with a time of 33:30 ... a MAC Sportsmanship Team honoree ... a member of the MAC Academic Honor Roll.
2010: A consistent top-five finisher for the Warriors … recorded a career-best time of 31:54.89 at the MAC Championships … made first appearance at the NCAA Mideast Regionals.
2009: Ran in six races ... recorded best 8K time at Belmont Classic on Sept. 26 at 32:50 ... ran 5,000-meter East Stroudsburg Invitational in 19:57.
2008: Ran a 20:54 at the 5,000-meter Pete Nevins Invitational ... finished the Cabrini Invitational in 33:27.16 for season-best 8K race.
High School: Earned varsity letters and a tri-athlete award for competing in cross country, indoor track & field and track & field … earned team’s Most Spirited award.
