2011: Ran in all seven meets ... team's third runner for most of the year ... posted season-best time of 30:46.37 at the DeSales University Invitational ... took fifth at the Cabrini Invitational with a time of 31:06 ... came in 82nd at the MAC Championships with a time of 32:05.70 ... posted a time of 31:03 at the NCAA Mideast Regionals.
2010: Enjoyed a solid rookie year, serving as the team’s top runner … won two Warrior of the Week awards … earned his first after he finished 22nd at the Cougar Classic, becoming the first men’s runnerunder Lesley Larson to finish in the top 25 … also earned it after coming in 36th at the Cabrini Inviational at historic Fairmont Park in Philadelphia … medaled at the Colonel Classic, posting a third-place finish with a time of 27:40 on a 4.8-mile course … posted season-best time of 29:34.28 at the MAC Championships, coming in 77th place.
High School: A part of the 1,600-meter relay Citrus Belt League champions in track and field.
Personal: Son of Maggi Foster and Bill Puchalski ... has two brothers, Troy Foster and Tyler Puchalski and two sisters, Breann Puchalski and Tami Puchalski ... a digital communications major ... favorite movie is “The Dark Knight.”
