2021: Competed in six events … ran a 38:17.0 (133^rd) at the MAC Championships and 36:29.4 (211^th) at the NCAA Mideast Regionals … ran a season-best time of 34:12.40 at the Dutchmen Invitational … a member of the MAC Academic Honor Roll.

2020: Member of team during COVID-19-cancelled season … ran in two outdoor track and field meets during the spring … a member of the MAC Academic Honor Roll.

2019: Competed in all nine events … ran a season-best 30:25.9 in the Lock Haven Invitational, good for  276th-place out of 375 runners … ran to a 39th-place finish at the Misericordia Cougar Classic (33:34.6) … placed 125th at the MAC Championship with a time of 31:49.7 …  placed 301st at the MCAA Mideast Regional event (31:40.7) … selected to the MAC Sportsmanship team. 
 
2018: Competed in seven events … ran a season-best time of 33:22.5 at the Geneseo Invitational, good for a 257th place finish … placed 122nd at the MAC Championships with a time of 34:37.5 … also competed at the NCAA Mideast Regional where he placed 323rd with a time of 34:52  … a member of the MAC Academic Honor Roll. 
 
2017: Competed in all eight events … ran a season-best time of 32:10.1 at the DeSales Invite … placed 116th at the MAC Championships with a time of 32:39.1 … ran a team-best 32:20.1 at the NCAA Mideast Regional where he placed 319th. 
 
High School: A three-year letter winner in track and field and four-year letter winner in cross country at Mifflinburg … posted career-best time of 19:45 as a senior at Shikellamy … posted a top-time of 11:23.04 in the 3,200-meter run in track and field. 
 
Personal: Son of Tanna and Emil Stenger … has a brother, Logan … a history major … favorite book is “Swipe Right” by Levi Lasco … favorite movie is “The Greatest Showman” … wants to be a youth pastor.
