2021: Competed in eight events … ran a 30:39.7 (85th) at the MAC Championships and 32:10.5 (169th) at the NCAA Mideast Regionals to lead the team … ran a season-best time of 29:44.5 at the DeSales Invitational.

High School: A three-year letterwinner in cross country and two-year letterwinner in track and field at Trumbull … took 10th at region championship (17:52.5) as a senior … took 63rd at county championship as a junior (19:19.0) and 39th as a sophomore (18:45.9) … took third at the state 2,000-meter steeplechase competition as a senior (7:07.38) … a part of 4x800 relay at state championships, helping team to 12th-place finish (8:44.61) as a senior … helped relay take eighth at county championships (8:44.28) … took 13th at division indoor championships in the 1,600-meter run (5:03.68) as a junior … also earned a letter in tennis.
