2019: Competed in seven events while battling injuries … ran a season-best time of 30:04 for a team-high 77^th place finish at the Lebanon Valley Invitational … second the team at the MAC Championship with a time of 31:38.8 … placed 313^th at the NCAA Mideast Regional with a time of 32:32.1 … MAC Academic Honor Roll selection.

2018: Competed in all eight events … finished first on the team in all eight meets … posted a season-best time of 29:20.0 at the Geneseo Invite … led team at the MAC Championships with a time of 31:05.1 for a 91^st-place finish … led the team at the NCAA Mideast Regional with a time of 31:23, good for a 271^st-place finish.

2017: Competed in all eight events … finished first on team in seven meets … posted a team season-best time of 29:37.3 at the Gettysburg Invite … led team at MAC Championships with a time of 31:27.8, good for 101^st finish … placed 343^rd at the NCAA Mideast Regional with a time of 34:56.9.
 
High School: A four-year letterwinner in swimming, a four-year letterwinner in track and field and four-year letterwinner in cross country at Wildwood Catholic … a four-time state qualifier in cross country … finished 65^th at event as a senior in 19:31 on the 5K course and 37^th as a junior in 18:58.74 … finished 10^th at Cape May County Championships as a junior in career-best 17:40.59 … named cross country team MVP in 2015 … a four-time sectional qualifier in track and field … posted career-best times of 4:56.13 in the 1,600-meter run and 10:45.34 in the 3,200-yard meters as a senior … posted a top time of 4:55.37 in 500-yard freestyle and 2:03.62 in 200-yard freestyle … earned the school’s Distinguished Crusader Award.
