One of the most accomplished women’s cross country runners in Penn College history, Tamara Pavlov is set for her seventh season with the Warriors as an assistant coach in 2025.
Pavlov was inducted into Penn College’s Athletic Hall of Fame in 2016. A three-time top-10 USCAA National Championship finisher and four-time All-PSUAC selection, Pavlov was a PSUAC Champion in 2007 and finished runner-up in each of her final three seasons from 2008-2010.
A Lewisburg Area graduate, Pavlov has finished 13 marathons, including the Boston Marathon five times.
Pavlov earned a bachelor of science in business administration at Penn College in 2011.
