2023 

• Appeared in seven meets during the season 

• Posted a 23:48.4 in his first career 6K against St. Francis  

• Ran a career-best 8K time of 29:20.7 at the Landmark Conference Championships, placing 48th in a field of 98 runners 

• Secured a 29:22.6 finish at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional competition, placing 172nd out of 211 runners 

• Ran fastest 6K time of 21:12.7 and finished 29th in the Eagle Meet 6K  

High School  

• A four-year letterwinner in cross country at Horseheads 

• Finished 33rd at conference championships with a 17:50.7 5K time 

• Earned a best 5K time of 17:48.4 

• A four-year letterwinner as a wrestler 

• Went 74-42 in career, finishing as a sectional runner-up twice and champion once 

• Qualified for the state meet twice
