2015: Ran in four events ... recorded a 37:48:43 time at the opening Delaware Valley Invitational, finishing 58th overall ... recorded top time on 8K course of 34:01.71 at DeSales Invitational.
2014: Ran in six events ... recorded his career-high best time of 32:10:84 at the MAC Championships, finishing fifth on the team at the event.
2013: Ran in seven events ... developed into one of team’s top runners ... posted season-best time of 32:14.40 at the Lock Haven Invitational ... finished second on the team at the MAC Championships, posting a time of 32:43.23.
High School: Earned track and field team’s highest GPA award ... helped team to 2010 state cross country championship ... posted top times of 20:08 in the 5,000-meter run, 2:12 in the 800-meter run and 5:18 in the 1,600-meter run.
