After compiling more than 100 tackles in a 40-game career with Albright College, Taylor Heflin is set for his first year as an assistant coach with the Lycoming College football team, working primarily with the defensive backs.
Heflin recorded 102 tackles in his four-year career with the Lions, appearing in all 40 games during his time in Reading. He added six interceptions, 27 passes defended, forced and recovered two fumbles and also blocked a kick. As a senior, he finished ninth in the MAC in passes defended and he finished second in the league with two fumble recoveries as a junior.
A Bowie, Md., native, Heflin earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in criminology from Albright College in 2024.
