A 2009 graduate of Lycoming College, Pat Taylor has also become an integral part of the Warriors' coaching staff, entering his sixth year with the program in 2015. He is in his firs year as the offensive run game coordinator, while he maintains his focus on the team's offensive line.
Taylor is also involved in game planning and serves as the team's social media and video coordinator.
In two years as an offensive line coach, Taylor has mentored five all-conference selections, while the team has posted two of the top five seasons of total offensive yards per game in program history.Â
Before transitioning to the offensive line, Taylor spent three years as the coach of the team's running backs. In that time, he coached at least one running back to all-conference honors in each of his three years, while also coaching two Academic All-District picks and one all-region back in Craig Needhammer in 2013.
Taylor's impact has also been felt while helping improve the team's social media presence, presiding over the @WarriorsFball twitter handle.Â
A two-time Second Team All-MAC selection, Taylor, an offensive lineman, helped lead the Warriors to the 2008 MAC title while serving as a team captain.
Along the way, Taylor helped the team’s all-time leading rusher, Josh Kleinfelter, rack up more than 1,100 yards during the 2008 campaign and also helped Colin Dwyer earn second team all-conference honors at quarterback.
A native of Philadelphia, Pa., Taylor resides in Williamsport.
