J. Drew DiGiacinto

Drew DiGiacinto is in his fifth season as a full-time assistant coach with the Warriors. Coach “D,” as he is called by his players, works with the offensive line and also handles the roles of special teams coordinator, and strength and conditioning coach.
      
DiGiacinto has been critical to the development of the offensive line during the last three seasons, helping the 2009 squad develop while starting two freshmen and two seniors.

DiGiacinto also has helped transform the special teams unit, as Lycoming led the MAC in both kick return and punt return average along with finishing second in the league in net yardage on kickoffs.

During his four years, DiGiacinto has coached four all-conference offensive linemen and two all-conference tight ends.
      
An all-conference selection as a tight end at Albion College, DiGiacinto earned a bachelor’s degree in interpersonal communications. While playing at Albion, he helped lead the team to three conference titles in four years.
      
A native of Detroit, Mich., DiGiacinto began his coaching career in 2002 at Concord High School in Michigan before moving to the collegiate level. He also made coaching stops at Moravian (2005, tight ends/offensive line), Dartmouth (tight ends, 2004) and Lehigh (assistant offensive line, 2003).
      
DiGiacinto resides in Williamsport.
