After a three-year run as a starting offensive lineman at Lycoming, Glen Hughes will join the Warriors’ coaching staff while he finishes requirements for a teaching certificate. His primary focus will be on helping the team’s offensive line.
Hughes, a chemistry major, started 26 games during his three years as a Warrior, helping the team to a 17-9 (.654) record in games he played. As a senior, he was a part of an offensive line that helped the offense role up a school-record 616 yards of total offense against FDU-Florham and averaged 361.0 yards per game, the most for a Lycoming offense since 2002.
Before Lycoming, the Forest City, Pa., native spent one season at Iona College, appearing in six games for the Gaels.
