Dr. David Broussard returns for a third season with the football program, as he continues to assist with the offensive line.
During his first two seasons, Broussard has contributed to the improvement of the Warrior offense, which averaged 1.7 more yards per rush and 0.7 more yards per pass in 2010 than 2009. He also helped mentor one all-conference selection at offensive line.
Broussard was an offensive lineman at Baylor from 1987-90, helping the team to three winning seasons. After graduating in 1992 with a degree in biology, he earned a master’s in biology from Baylor in 1996. Broussard then continued to Auburn University where he earned a doctorate in zoology in 2005.
Broussard also serves as an assistant professor of biology at Lycoming. He and his wife, Mary, are the proud parents of their son, Patrick.
