Carm Bianco is in his fifth season with the Warriors, as he has helped both the team's running backs and wide receivers during his time in the program. He will work as an offensive assistant for the second year in 2012.
After helping Josh Kleinfelter earn All-MAC honors as a running back in 2009, Bianco shifted to wide receiver for the 2010 season, where he helped aide Ryan Wagaman to All-MAC honors.
Bianco brings more than 20 years of coaching experience to the team, having coached in different roles at both the high school and NCAA Division II level while on the staff at Mansfield from 1978-85 and again in 2000.
Bianco is the associate director of residential life at Mansfield University. He and his wife, Mary Beth, have two children, Andriana and Nicholas.
