Adam Gehr is set for his fifth season with the Warriors as an assistant coach in 2025, working with the outside linebackers.
 
Gehr has helped the Warriors to a pair of postseason appearances, as the 2021 team posted an 8-3 record, earning a spot in the MAC-Centennial Bowl Series, where they defeated Ursinus, 31-23, and the 2023 team knocked off Washington & Lee, 20-17, in the Cape Charles Bowl after the Warriors finished tied for second in the Landmark Conference. 

Gehr served as the head coach of the Spartans from 2018-20 and he worked as an assistant coach with the program from 2005-17, spending time with the linebackers and as defensive coordinator. During his time in Hughesville, he helped the team to 10 appearances in the district playoffs and three Heartland Athletic Conference titles.
 
A Lycoming County Juvenile Probation Officer, Gehr earned a bachelor of science from Mansfield University in 2007. He and wife, Jennifer, have three sons, Aiden, Brody and Dawson, and reside in Hughesville.
