2016: MAC Scholar Athlete … Second Team CoSIDA Academic All-American … First Team CoSIDA Academic All-District … Academic All-MAC Honorable Mention All-MAC left guard … team captain …  started all 10 games at left guard ... helped the Warriors average 333.2 yards of total offense per game, including 147.4 rushing yards per game … team’s NFF candidate for National Scholar-Athlete award and was honored by Central Pa. Chapter of the National Football Foundation for his efforts on the field and in the classroom … a member of the MAC Academic Honor Roll  … earned a spot on the Hampshire Honor Society.

2015: A Second Team All-MAC selection ... Academic All-MAC ... started nine games at left guard ... part of an offensive line that helped the team roll up 1,825 yards, the fifth-highest total in school history, and 3,806 yards of total offense, the fourth-highest total in program history ... helping the team average 28.2 points per game ... a member of the MAC Academic Honor Roll.

2014: Played in three games on the offensive line and started two while battling injuries ... a member of the MAC Academic Honor Roll.

2013: Played in eight games and started four on the offensive line ... named team’s Most Improved Offensive Player ... moved into team’s starting left guard position in week seven and helped team to a 3-1 record as a starter.

High School: A first-team all-state selection ... graduated as the salutatorian of his class.

Personal: Son of Dave and Michelle Mital ... a physics major ... hobbies include hunting, lifting and fishing ... favorite movie is “The Fighter.”
