• Sol “Woody” Wolf Award recipient, which is given to the college’s most improved junior athlete 

• First in program history to earn USTFCCCA All-Academic Athlete honors 

• Honorable Mention All-Landmark Conference  

• College Sports Communicators Academic All-District Team selection  

• Recorded a school-record 6K time at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regionals (22:51.4) 

• Finished 44th in a field of 204 runners at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regionals, earning the best-ever finish for a Warrior at regionals 

• Finished 18th at the conference championships (25:00.92)  

• Chi Alpha Sigma, the National College Athlete Honor Society, selection

2022 

• Third-Team All-MAC  

• College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District Team selection 

• Finished first on the team at all races in the 2022 season 

• Ran a career-best 23:57.7 for a 22nd-place finish at the MAC Championships  

• Finished the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regionals with a 23:49.7 time, placing her 58th  

• Secured the program’s best finish ever at a regional meet and earned the second-fastest time in the program’s history

2021 

• Second-Team All-MAC  

• Competed in eight events 

• Ran a 24:34.0 at the MAC Championships to lead the team and 15th at the event, the second-best finish for a Warrior at the event and the fourth-fastest time in program history  

• Posted a 90th-place finish with a 26:05.4 at the NCAA Mideast Regionals 

• The seventh Warrior to finish in the Top 100 at NCAA Mideast Regionals 

• A member of the MAC Academic Honor Roll   

High School  

• A three-year letterwinner in cross country and one-year letterwinner in track and field at Boiling Springs 

• A part of the state champion 4x800-meter relay team, which posted a time of 9:37.94 

• Won a district title on 4x800-meter relay (9:58.32) 

• Took fourth in district meet in the 3,200-meter run (12:13.47) and fifth in the event at the conference championship (12:13.47) 

• Qualified for state championships in cross country as a junior, finishing 117th in 21:35.0 

• Took 12th at district championships (20:54.8) as a senior to earn all-area honors 

• Placed 27th at districts as a junior (21:08.9)
