2019: Competed in eight events … ran a season-best 29:34.7 at the NCAA Mideast Regional … placed 133^rd at the MAC Conference Championship (29:42.9) … MAC Academic Honor Roll selection.

2018: Competed in seven events … ran a season-best time of 29:53.3 for a 201^st-place finish … ran a time of 30:53.8 at the MAC Championships, placing 123^rd … also competed at the NCAA Mideast Regional, where she finished second on the team with a 296^th-place finish with a time of 30:50 … a member of the MAC Academic Honor Roll.

2017: Competed in seven events … posted a season-best time of 28:58.7 at the NCAA Mideast Regional where she placed third on the team and 292^nd overall … ran a 29:26.3 at the MAC Championships to place third on the team and 106^th overall.
 
2016: Ran in all eight events … finished within top 50 three times and was one of team’s top five runners throughout the season … posted a career-best time of 27:33.3 to take 35^th at the LVC Last Chance Run Fast … posted a time of 28:50.4 to take 104^th and sixth on team at MAC Championships … finished in 27:46 to take fifth on team and 289^th at NCAA Mideast Regionals … a member of the MAC Academic Honor Roll.

High School: A three-year letterwinner in cross country and three-year letterwinner in track and field at Morris Hills … posted a career-best time of 23:17 on a 5K course at Morris County Championships … ran in sectional championship three times … had career-best time of 6:43.91 in 1,600-meters and 3:01.88 in 800 meters in indoor track and field.

Personal: Daughter of Patty and Stuart Goulden … has two sisters, Alli and Megan … a digital communications and theatre major … recipient of College Club of Dover scholarship.
