2018-19: Competed in the 50-, 100- and 200-yard freestyle and 50-, 100- and 200-yard backstroke throughout the season … competed in three individual and three relay events throughout the season  … broke her own record for the third time during the season in the 100-yard backstroke to place fourth in the final (58.80), placed fifth in the 200-yard backstroke (2:10.09), and fifth in the 50-yard freestyle with the fourth-fastest time in program history (25.14) … helped the 200-yard freestyle place seventh with the third-fastest time in school history (1:42.00), the 400-yard medley relay place sixth (4:07.59) and the 400-yard freestyle relay place fifth with the second-fastest time in school history (3:42.60).
 
2017-18: Second Team All-MAC in 200-yard backstroke … set school record in 200-yard backstroke twice on final day of MAC Championships, including program-best 2:06.65 in final swim … competed in the 50-yard freestyle, 50-, 100- and 200-yard backstroke and 100-yard individual medley events throughout the season … competed in three individual events and four relay events at the MAC Championships … broke own school record in 100-yard backstroke of 400-yard medley relay as she swam a 58.80, helping the squad place eighth (4:10.67) and besting her old record that she set against Messiah on Nov. 18 by three seconds as she became the first Warrior woman to break the one-minute mark in the 100-yard backstroke … originally set program records in 100-yard backstroke against Albright (Oct. 21) and Messiah (Nov. 18) … placed seventh in the 100-yard backstroke (59.99) and 16^th in 50-yard freestyle (25.55) … swam a 27.72 in opening 50-yard backstroke, helping  200-yard individual medley relay squad place seventh (1:43.70) … helped 400-yard freestyle relay team place ninth (3:51.32).
 
High School: A three-year letterwinner in swimming at Holy Redeemer … took 18^th in the 100-yard backstroke at the state championships (59.69) and helped 200-yard medley relay team to a school-record time of 1:49.89 to take eighth … helped 200-yard medley relay (1:51.28) take second and 400-yard freestyle relay (3:45.26) take fourth and took ninth in 100-yard butterfly (1:04.00) and second in 100-yard backstroke (59.95) at 2016 district meet … took third in 200-yard medley relay (1:54.27), eighth in 100-yard butterfly (1:04.98), second in 100-yard backstroke (1:00.81) and sixth in 400-yard freestyle relay (3:56.49) as a junior at district meet … earned the Pawlenok Award of Excellence.
