2019: Competed in eight events … led the team in every event attended … ran a school-record 23:48.7 at Hood College Invitational, good for a ninth-place finish … had a top 10 finish at the Misericordia Cougar Classic (ninth) with a time of 25:04.08 … placed 65^th in the MAC Championship with a time of 25:19.8 … placed 99^th at the NCAA Mideast Regional (23:50.4) … MAC Academic Honor Roll Selection.

2018: Third Team All-MAC … competed in all eight events … finished first on the team in every event … ran a season-best time of 25:10.1 to finish 30^th at the MAC Championships …ran a team-best time of 25:39 to place 125^th at the NCAA Mideast Regional.

2017: Ran in all eight events … ran a season-best 24:59.6 NCAA Mideast Regional where she placed second on the team and 142^nd overall …placed first on the team in five events … placed second on the team and 60^th overall in the MAC Championships with a time of 26:16.
 
2016: Competed in all eight races … broke school-record with time of 24:01 to take 83^rd at the NCAA Mideast Regionals … finished in top 10 three times, top 20 four and top 50 six … took sixth in debut race at Highlander Invitational (25:05.17), eighth at Cougar XC Invitational (25:40.37) and fifth at LVC Last Chance Run Fast (24:40.8) … finished 34^th at MAC Championships in 25:22.0.

High School: A four-year letterwinner in cross country and track and field at Milton Area … team MVP in both sports as a senior … qualified for state cross country meet twice … took 15^th at District 4 Championships as a freshman, 11^th as a sophomore, 39^th as a junior and 13^th as a senior … had a career-best 5K time of 20:14 at the Shikellamy Boosters Cross Country Classic … posted a career-best time of 5:27.02 in 1,600-meter run at conference meet as a junior … finished in top 10 at District 4 Championships four times in the 3,200 meters, finishing sixth in a career-best 11:50.81 as a senior … took third in the event as a sophomore and fifth as a junior.
