High School: A four-year letterwinner in wrestling and four-year letterwinner in soccer at Groton … notched a 38-2 record as a senior with 23 pins at 113 pounds … won league title and Section IV Class D title … took second at Section IV Division II Championships … went 29-7 as a junior at 113 pounds … won league title, finished second at Section IV Class D Tournament and fourth at Section IV Division II Championships … went 31-8 as a sophomore, placing third in the league, second in Class D tournament and sixth at sectionals at 99 pounds … placed third in league and second in Class D as a freshman at 99 pounds … went 131-25 overall in career.
