Biography

2015-16: Competed in six events at the MAC Championships … earned three Second Team All-MAC honors on relay squads, finishing fifth with the 200-yard freestyle relay (1:43.31), sixth with the 400-yard freestyle (3:46.27) and fifth with the 200-yard medley relay (1:54.35) ... also took 14th in 50-yard freestyle (25.94) … competed in the 100-yard freestyle (57.53) and 100-yard backstroke (1:08.17) at the event … a member of the MAC Academic Honor Roll.

High School: Lettered in soccer and basketball at St. John Neumann ... captain of the soccer team ... swam one year at Montoursville High School as a freshman ... finished fourth in 50-yard freestyle (25.81) and the 100-yard freestyle (56.36) during the district meet.

Personal: Daughter of William and Angela Strickler ... has two sisters, Vanessa, a 2012 Lycoming graduate, and Raven ... a psychology major ... favorite book is "The Glass Castle" ... favorite actress is Sarah Michelle Gellar ... follows Notre Dame athletics.
