2015-16: Swam in seven events at the MAC Championships … earned seven all-conference accolades (five second team and two honorable mention) … earned Second Team All-MAC in the 100- (1:09.26) and 200- yard (2:34.61) breaststrokes with fifth-place finishes in both events … helped the 200- (1:43.31) and 400-yard freestyle (3:46.27) and 200-yard medley relays (1:54.35) to Second Team All-MAC honors … earned Honorable Mention All-MAC honors in the 200-yard individual medley (2:15.46) and the 400-yard medley relay (4:14.59) … a member of the MAC Academic Honor Roll.

2014-15: Earned Second Team All-MAC in two events … finished fifth in the 200-yard breaststroke with a time of 2:36.42 … took sixth in the 100-yard breaststroke with a time of 1:11.54 … helped 200-yard medley relay team to an eighth-place finish with a time of 1:54.52 … swam the second leg in the 400-yard medley relay to help team to an eighth-place finish with a time of 4:11.52 … also competed in the 200-yard individual medley, taking 14^th in 2:23.23 at the MAC Championships … a member of the MAC Academic Honor Roll … spent fall semester abroad in France.

2013-14: Earned two Second Team All-MAC … swam the second leg of the 400-yard medley relay and helped team to a sixth-place finish with a time of 4:10.41 … took fifth in the 100-yard breaststroke with a time of 1:09.92 … also swam the second leg in the 200-yard medley relay, helping the team take seventh with a time of 1:55.10 …  took eighth with a time of 2:18.42 in the 200-yard individual medley and the 200-yard breaststroke with a time of 2:36.09 … a member of the MAC Academic Honor Roll.

2012-13: Earned Second Team All-MAC honors, taking fifth in the 100-yard breaststroke with a time of 1:09.45 … placed seventh in the 200-yard breaststroke with a time of 2:33.19 … placed 10^th in the 200-yard individual medley with a time of 2:17.80 … Earned two Second Team All-MAC honors on relay squads … swam the second leg of the 400-yard medley relay, helping team to a fifth place finish with a time of 4:10.43 … swam the second leg of the 200-yard medley relay, which finished fifth with a time of 1:53.84.

High School: Four-time section champion ... two-time WPIAL qualifier ... top time in 100-yard breaststroke was 1:09.28 ... top time in 200-yard individual medley was 2:18.09.

Personal: Daughter of Tom and Kris Flynn ... has three brothers, Zach, Jake and Zane ... a business management and French major ... favorite book is “The Truth About Forever” ... favorite movie is “Bridesmaids” … her father, Tom Flynn, was a part of the 1986 Super Bowl Champion New York Giants and played five seasons as an NFL safety.
