ELIZABETHTOWN, Pa. – The NCAA Division III leader in goals and points, senior
Riley Block (Hopatcong, N.J./Morris Catholic) tied the Lycoming College women's lacrosse team's career points record, as it fell, 15-11, to Elizabethtown College in Landmark Conference action at Wolf Field on Friday evening, April 3.

Block finished with seven goals and two assists for nine points, both outpacing her nation-leading averages of 6.3 goals and 7.3 points, as she tied Kelly McGinniss '19 for the program record with 319 points in her career off 266 goals and 53 assists. Her 70 goals this season is tied for sixth in program history and 10 from the program record of 80 held by Meghenn Jackson (2016), Grace Gargiulo (2011) and McGinniss (2019). She is 18 goals shy of the career program record of 284 set by McGinniss. Block also added five draw controls.

Molly Giufre (Montgomery, N.Y./Valley Central) finished with three goals and an assist and first-year
Julie Dammes (Hicksville, N.Y./Hicksville) posted a goal, three ground balls and five draw controls. First-year
Rachel Crawford (Bensalem, Pa./Bensalem) also added two caused turnovers and first-year
Lilian Quigley (Perkasie, Pa./Pennridge) posted an assist.

Elizabethtown scored first before the Warriors tied the game three times in the first quarter. The Blue Jays used a 5-1 run from there to lead 9-4 and led 14-7 with 13:14 left in the fourth before the Warriors scored four of the game's final five goals, with Block scoring twice and assisting on Giufre's final goal with 2:37 left.

Ella Scholes posted three goals and four assists and Hailey Meyer added five goals and four draw controls for Elizabethtown. Drew Bridges posted six ground balls and caused three turnovers.

In net, sophomore
Emma Yanders (Kempton, Pa./Northwestern Lehigh) notched 20 saves, three ground balls and caused two turnovers. Alyssa Conner stopped four shots for Elizabethtown.
