GREENVILLE, Pa. – With four technical falls and three falls, the Lycoming College wrestling team made quick work of Thiel University, 41-10, in non-conference dual meet action at Beeghly Gymnasium on Friday evening, Feb. 6.
 
Junior 133-pounder Bobby Gardner (South Williamsport, Pa./South Williamsport), junior 141-pounder Major Lewis (Camp Hill, Pa./Trinity), junior 165-pounder Kaiden Wagner (Lewisburg, Pa./Lewisburg Area) and senior 184-pounder Eli Crum (Carlisle, Pa./Boiling Springs) each posted technical falls, with only Gardner's match entering the second period.
 
Senior 157-pounder Kobin Karper (Boiling Springs, Pa./Boiling Springs), junior 174-pounder Nolen Zeigler (Loysville, Pa./West Perry) and junior 197-pounder Ivan Neal (Georgetown, Del./Sussex Central) each added pins.
 
Senior Lenny Cocca (Denville, N.J./Morris Knolls) also added a 10-7 decision at 125 pounds for the Warriors' first win of the match.
 
Lycoming improved to 7-4 and Thiel fell to 5-2.
 
The Warriors get back in action on Saturday, Feb. 7, when they host Misericordia University at 4 p.m., in Lamade Gym.
