WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. – Sophomore
Sadie Stahl (Duboistown, Pa./South Williamsport) posted wins in singles and doubles play to lead the Lycoming College women's tennis team as it fell to Penn State-Altoona, 6-1, in non-conference action at Brandon Park on Friday afternoon, Sept. 19.

Stahl beat Rachel Stricek, 6-3, 3-6, 10-6, at No. 1 singles, overcoming a second set loss by posting the last four points of the superset tiebreaker. She also teamed with senior
Cassandra Conner (Lebanon, Pa./Lebanon) to beat Sienna Fell and Abigail Morgan, 7-5, at No. 1 doubles.

The Lady Lions improved to 5-1. Lycoming is 1-2.

The Warriors are back in action on Sunday, Sept. 21, when they head to Moravian University for a Landmark Conference match at 1 p.m.
