BUFFALO, N.Y. – Three Lycoming College women's soccer first-year players accounted for five goals to lead the team as it overcame an early deficit to post an 8-3 win over Buffalo State on Saturday, Aug. 30, at Coyer Field.

First-years Gabriella Rabinowitz (Sewell, N.J./Washington Township) and Ashlee Magaro (Enola, Pa./East Pennsboro) each posted two goals and first-year Alissa Kimes (York, Pa./Central York) added one score to pace the Warrior offense, which took just 14 shots to score eight goals.

Rabinowitz struck twice in the half's last seven minutes, the second score on a give from senior Abigail Umhoefer (Poughkeepsie, N.Y./Our Lady of Lourdes).

In the second half, Kimes scored off an assist from junior Norah Mosley (Robbinsville, N.J./Allentown) and Magaro scored twice sandwiched between two Bengal goals before Magee rounded out the scoring in the final minute.
